Return & Refund Policy – Dolly & Co Baby Boutique
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Dolly & Co Baby Boutique. If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
